Faro Tognazzini is a kid artist but does not like to be treated like one.
His art and writing have appeared in the Cleveland Scene, anthologies from Lake Erie Ink and 826 National / McSweeney's, as well as exhibits at The Foundry and local Ohio libraries. He has studied art at the Cleveland Institute of Art, Lake Erie Ink, Buck's Rock Art Camp, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Brookfield Craft Center.
Faro likes to work in ways that maximize his creativity. Ways where parts of the art making process are out of his hands, like where paint will land on a cavas when flung from a stick. Or how colors will bleed into eachother when left to mix. This process gives his art a creative edge. He makes shapes and creatures that nobody would normally think of.
And now he is excited to share his art with you.
Faro likes working in clay.
He also plays music with his dad, Anthony Tognazzini.
This needs no explanation.
Faro has entered himself into multiple contests.
He also loves to make comics.
Faro has also given readings of his published work.
